Your MyHealthLogger account is created automatically when you first use the bot. Your Telegram user ID serves as your unique identifier.

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times. The Service may be interrupted for maintenance, updates or due to circumstances beyond our control.
MyHealthLogger is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice where possible.
You may stop using the Service at any time. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, type /deleteaccount in the bot.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately and without notice if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, if required by law, or if continuing to provide the Service to you would expose us or others to harm or legal liability.
On termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will delete your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will notify users via the Telegram bot and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the Service after notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
